Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for purchases made directly through global.bannanna.com.br. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused and unworn item for a store credit or refund. All original tags, SKU labels, and packaging materials must be included. For hygienic reasons, all swimwear and underwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Return Conditions

We only accept returns for orders placed through global.bannanna.com.br. Items must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking. Returns must be approved by our Customer Support team prior to shipping. Unauthorized returns may be rejected and returned at the sender’s expense. Returns must be shipped to our headquarters in São Paulo, Brazil. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. BANNANNA is not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during return transit. Promotional or free items are not eligible for return or refund. Please allow 7 to 10 business days after receipt for processing. Refund times may vary depending on your financial institution. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number and reason for exchange. Exchanges are processed exclusively via store credit, issued as a gift code valid for a future purchase. BANNANNA does not send replacement products directly. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect. All standard return conditions apply. All exchange requests should be made by emailing support@bannanna.com.br within 7 days of delivery.


Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for the product value. Shipping fees, handling charges, and any import or return customs duties are non-refundable. If your order is returned and you choose not to request a replacement, a new shipping charge may apply to any subsequent order.


Defective or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery. You must notify us at support@bannanna.com.br within this period to be eligible for a complimentary resolution. Requests made after this period will not qualify.


Customs and Return Duties

BANNANNA is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import taxes, or duties charged by the destination country. If a package is held or rejected by customs due to unpaid import fees, we do not offer refunds for such orders. If you are returning a product from outside Brazil, you are also responsible for any return customs charges that may apply. We strongly recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order.
