SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders placed on global.bannanna.com.br are shipped directly from our studio in São Paulo, Brazil. We work with trusted international logistics partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery worldwide.

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. This timeframe covers preparation, quality control, and packaging before dispatch. Processing may take longer during peak periods such as product launches or promotions.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most international deliveries arrive within 7 to 15 business days, but delays may occur due to customs clearance or local postal conditions.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping option. The final amount includes any handling fees, and you’ll see the total before completing your purchase.

If an order is returned to us due to unpaid import duties or rejection at customs, we do not offer refunds for the order or the shipping charges. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of their country’s import regulations.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status directly on the courier’s website.

If your order has been significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@bannanna.com.br. We’ll coordinate with the shipping provider to investigate and help resolve the issue. Note that delays caused by customs or external factors are outside of our control.

Please double-check your information before completing your order. BANNANNA is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to address error, you will be charged again for reshipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Yes. We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items purchased through global.bannanna.com.br. Products must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags, SKU labels, and packaging. Returns must be requested and approved by our Customer Support team before being sent back.

To initiate a return, email us at support@bannanna.com.br within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Items must be shipped back to our studio in São Paulo, Brazil. We do not accept unauthorized returns.

No. Due to hygiene reasons, all swimwear and underwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

Once your return is received and inspected at our headquarters, please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Yes. Exchanges are processed via store credit only. After your return is approved and received, you’ll receive a gift code to use on a future purchase. We do not ship replacement items directly.
