Where do orders ship from?
All orders placed on global.bannanna.com.br are shipped directly from our studio in São Paulo, Brazil. We work with trusted international logistics partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery worldwide.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. This timeframe covers preparation, quality control, and packaging before dispatch. Processing may take longer during peak periods such as product launches or promotions.

How long will delivery take once my order is shipped?
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most international deliveries arrive within 7 to 15 business days, but delays may occur due to customs clearance or local postal conditions.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping option. The final amount includes any handling fees, and you'll see the total before completing your purchase.

What happens if I don't pay the customs fees and the package is returned?
If an order is returned to us due to unpaid import duties or rejection at customs, we do not offer refunds for the order or the shipping charges. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of their country's import regulations.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status directly on the courier's website.

What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
If your order has been significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@bannanna.com.br. We'll coordinate with the shipping provider to investigate and help resolve the issue. Note that delays caused by customs or external factors are outside of our control.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Email us right away at support@bannanna.com.br. If we haven't shipped yet, we can update the address. Once an order is in transit, the carrier follows the address as entered. If a package is returned due to an address error, a new shipping fee will apply to send it again.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes. We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items purchased through global.bannanna.com.br. Products must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags, SKU labels, and packaging. Returns must be requested and approved by our Customer Support team before being sent back.

How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, email us at support@bannanna.com.br within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions. Items must be shipped back to our studio in São Paulo, Brazil. We do not accept unauthorized returns.

Can I return swimwear or underwear?
For hygiene reasons, all swimwear and underwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to every region we ship to.

How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return is received and inspected at our headquarters, please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Can I exchange an item for another size or color?
Yes. Exchanges are processed via store credit only. After your return is approved and received, you'll receive a gift code to use on a future purchase. We do not ship replacement items directly.

How do I request an exchange?
Email us at support@bannanna.com.br within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. Once approved, follow the same return process. All exchange requests are subject to the same return conditions.

What happens if I received a defective or wrong item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bannanna.com.br. We'll review your case and offer a resolution at no cost to you. Claims made after this period are not eligible.

Will I be refunded for shipping or import duties?
Refunds cover the value of the returned product. Shipping charges, handling fees, and any import or return customs duties are non-refundable. If you're placing a new order, a new shipping fee will apply.

What if customs returns my package or I refuse delivery?
If your package is rejected or returned due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes, we do not issue refunds. You are also responsible for any return customs fees if sending the item back from outside Brazil.
